About Us
Performance Spectrums is an international “change management” consultancy based in the US, with associate consulting relationships in Europe and the Caribbean. Marvin Wilson is the founder/President and Principal consultant for the company. Much of the work done with clients and their organizations by Performance Spectrums is grounded primarily in the research and practices of 21st Century organizational strategists who support a systems thinking approach to organizational change. This involves informed leadership practices guided by a compelling vision; articulated organizational values, a balanced and customized approach to the change efforts and a passion for exceeding customers expectations.
The approach used to effect change, whether for a group, functional area, or an entire organization, is customized to support the learning style, culture and goals of the client organization. These customization data will typically be gleaned from an audit of the target environment and followed by developing applied and actionable solutions in the required areas as defined in the Performance Spectrums Planning Process (April, 2007) below.
Additionally through our partnerships Performance Spectrums can assist organizations with small business startup and sustainability planning, I.T. support and staff development.
